There seems to be consensus that stress contributes to increased PD symptoms. Do you have ways to manage your stress to reduce or stop this impact?
I find it funny that an increase in tremors is my alarm that I'm stressed since stress is such a routine part of my life. I have taught myself now that I recognize the stress and cause to respond to the increased tremors with mindful breathing, exercise and guided imagery. It really work sof me. Hope you found your trigger and your response. Please share.

So right CNA! I use an App named Calm. It's not free, but its really quite good. It teaches breathing methods to bring calmness to your life. I don't know where the stress comes from but when I get really uptight, I click on that app and the breathing/music or words do seem to bring me back to normal or somewhere near it.

Hard to understand what is going to be a stressor because it changes day to day. There are a few things that are predictable like crowds, heavy traffic but sometimes just meeting a bunch of people you know and like can do it, or a last minute change in plans.
