I was diagnosed with PD about a year and a half ago. My most debilitating symptom has been my voice quality. I'm a university professor and my voice is one of my most important tools. LSVT Loud helps with short-burst lecturing. But anything prolonged or at a normal volume is squeaky and even monotone.
