Pest, I found a symptom map on line that is really informative. In addition to listing the symptoms by body part/system, when you click on each symptom and it provides additional info about each symptom- very cool tool, especially for those who think PD is just a tremor.

Hmm. Been there; done that. That chart may contain a few similar symptoms, but I now feel that keeping a chart and documenting your body's conversation and measuring it's increase, steadiness, or increase is what is significant. You can always add on. Besides, you'll go batty wondering if it's non neuromotor or neuromotor.. are you stiff? What time of day? For how long before or after a dose. Leg dragging. If a male, do you waddle like a pregnant woman? Can you smell gas?! Can you taste flavors? Do you notice a difference in grip, lift, getting in/out of bed, the chair, the toilet?!😩 I could go on 😬
