It took me about 4 months to get clear of it. I took alleve, my favorite NSAID, stretched, and light but increasing intensity exercise. I now stretch my lower back, glutes, quads, and hamstrings on a multi time per day schedule. Parkinson’s really tightens up and weakens our core so we must pay close attention to stretching and strengthening

My HWP did. He had two back surgeries to little avail. In early 2023, he had a spinal stimulator put in and his pain is all but gone most days finally!
