My Neck Is Hurting And It Sometimes Pops And Crackles When I Turn It. Is Anyone Else Having This Problem?

I do a exercise i turn my head ten times each way.
Everyday. For about 10 days 2 weeks.
That should help.
It gets that way,as we don't turn it enough.
