I frequently have restless painful nights. I am not on the usual PD meds since most don’t do me much good with MSA. However there are similarities and my meds do not help as much at night either. So that is when I take a small dose of liquid gabapentin and seroquel for hallucinations. That won’t be helpful if you don’t have hallucinations but letting your doctor know how your nights are going may induce him to raise the dose of one or more.
