Sounds like ridgity in your wrists it’s not uncommon. Basic hand exercises may help ask you doctor.. I had the same problem and the exercises helped.

There's a great boxing for PD program called Rock Steady. Not sure if there's a location near you doing it, but it's a great way to exercise with PD in mind and let off steam without feeling self-conscious.
