My better half lights flares off under my covers to wake me up. It seems to work well

I am Catholic so my instinct is to say the Rosary. I have a favorite because it is tactile as well. Prayer is good for anyone but the repetition of the prayer and the beads in your fingers usually calms me or can put me to sleep in minutes...thank you Holy Mary.

I looking for a solution that allows my girlfriend to get more sleep but stay in the same bed. It is a serious problem and I not only act out dreams but I yell a lot. I've leap off the bed waking as my face made contact with a dresser. I've punched, pulled, and squeezed while acting out. I've kicked and punched walls.
