Thank you, Bruce. My husband is finishing up week 1 (He's doing 4 days a week for 4 weeks.) He's exhausted at the end of the session but it's great to know in the long run he'll have more energy. We started traveling full time 10 years ago. We have slowed down considerably since his diagnosis two years ago, staying in locations for a month or two. I think we are soon going to limit our moves to 3 or 4 locations a year. We are very lucky but having an unclear future is difficult as you well know. I really appreciate your posts. Good luck to you!
Absolutely.
The Big program is absolutely fabulous.
Awesome
YES for me it definitely did. I first exercised by researching internet and choose about a dozen, feeling no improvement and just aches and pains. When I asked my movement specialist she was adamant about my going to a licensed for BIG specialist.
First was a total review of my needs, detailed to the point they could let me know which of my problems were from a prior stroke and which were Parkinson's related. Almost all the one's I picked were PD exercises but not all were related to my type of Parkinson's.
At the beginning of BIG my score was 54 out of 100, eight weeks later twice a week, my score was 94 out of a 100. Just the difference in exhaustion after the first to later being achy for two hours was great.
