I should not drink water. How do I stay hydrated?

I do occasionally choke when swallowing. I find if I drink smaller amounts I can avoid the choking.

I was used to able to do things without thinking. Now I have to pay careful attention to everything.

You can stay hydrated through fruit, vegetables, thickened soups, smoothies, etc. Then there are products that you can put in your water and other drinks that will make them thicker and easier to swallow without choking.

I'm not sure what "difficulty " swallowing actually conveys??
I am noticing that I go to swallow and it takes a good 15 second meeting with my brain on how exactly does that work again.....

I guess you are right, there isn’t anything else for hydration. Thanks anyway.
