Flonase and Zyrtec every day for years.
Pataday is good for your eyes
My Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor told me to start doing Nasal Washes. Had never tried it. I didn’t know if the water would choke me. It washes the allergens out of your nose. He told me twice a day but can be done more often if needed. I know people who have horrible sinus and allergy problems and this has turned it all around. They say they wouldn’t do without it. It just goes in one side and right out the other side. It doesn’t go near your throat or up into the sinus, high into the nose, but it starts to open up what is in your sinus after some time. I don’t know how long. Mine isn’t bad, but relatives and friends with horrendous sinus infections and allergies swear by it. Try it. You can get an inexpensive package that is a bottle and the salt packet, and if you choose later you can buy a machine which to me is easier. Distilled water room temperature not cold, and mix the salt and stir and pour into bottle and use. It’s a thought for all who suffer with allergies and sinus problems.
Zyrtec works for me.
Menthol rub between you toes helps. Sound cookie but it helps. It's reflexology. I worked outside and it helped the headaches and sinuses. Not entirely gone but I was more functional. I agree, this year has been the worst.
