Sack Quasimodo?

Sorry, just trying to lighten the mood. I get ringing (tinnitus...in my case it's a high pitched whine) too...there doesn't seem to be a way to "fix" it, but things like staying hydrated, getting a good night's sleep and controlling your diet. This last tends to be a bit trial and error, but if you think back over what you've eaten in the 24 hours prior to it flaring up, you can try and exclude some things and see if it helps.

Cheese is a common culprit. I like cheese a lot, so I'm prepared to have a little whine with it... ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
