You’re in the right place. We’re all a mess. PT and OT are always a good idea. I hope you can find some relief from anxiety.

In the therapy department, I do Rock Steady Boxing. It’s amazingly outstandingly fabulous. I went from being a mess to being fabulous.

All of the things suggested by AI will be helpful. However, I’d recommend you talk to your neurologist ASAP, and see what they can do for you. Off times can cause anxiety issues, and it could be as simple as adjusting your Parkinson’s medications.

At last 30 minutes of cardio exercise each and every day. Consistency is the key.
Add stretching routine for 15 minutes and core exercises for 15 minutes.It works. Make it a priority.
