Good morning I feel learning to cope is a huge impact..I learn on the daily. Right now I'm doing a specific PT class and it's very difficult at times but when I accomplish one part of it or all of it its a step forward..I also feel I've taken a step back at times but keep trying and not let my emotions overwhelm me. One day at a time!! That's all I go for..Good luck in your journey as we all have different ones! Don't give in to the devil!! Have a great day take big strides and no matter what you woke up!! ❤️
I hate PT . I always lived A very active so I didn't need extra exercise. Is falling down considered exercise? Not the fall, but the getting back up. Uses muscle you have long forgotten you had. How.cool. I soon have enough pages of copied exercises. I can paper my dining room. LOOK at the wall and do an exercize. Good pass time for when you can't swallow any more.
One of the main reasons I came to this site was that it looked intelligent and serious and that suited me down to the ground. Also by chance, a lot of people seem to post stuff about Parkinson's which is helpful for me at least.
I onow that feeling, this place is great!
Absolutely yes! That's one of the main reasons I sought out this website group, to learn hacks for daily living with PD and ways to cope better. It helps me to feel less isolated, less like I'm the only one out there with these issues.
