Hi Kathleen......I use CBD oil, works for pain at bedtime and helps with sleeping. I don't use it all that frequently, just on that rare occasion when pain is a real nuisance. I checked with my Neuro back then, she said it couldn't hurt, although I was going to give it a try regardless 😄
