What's your best feeling ?

I spend a large part of my life pretending to be a statue and to all intents and purposes I'm very good at it, even if I do say so myself. However there are brief moments in the game when the drugs appear to work and my whole body relaxes for a while ! 🙂 For me those all too infrequent moments are simply the best 😃😃😃😃😃

Members shared their best feelings and moments of relief in response to a post about the rare but wonderful times when medications bring full-body relaxation. Many community members described finding peace in simple joys like swimming, sitting in nature, spending time with family, meditating, or enjoying music with a pet nearby. A recurring theme was finding humor and lightness in everyday life, including playfully embarrassing grandchildren, which brought warmth and laughter to the thread.

Țhrease, I love you attitude towards life in general and teen age grandson̈s in particular. It is precious!!
We once send me stepdaughter to school in a fairly dilapidated truck. She was about 15 at the time, and it was not a truck as you think of it. It was a 3 ton vehicle on which you move goods. The driver also had instructions to shout bye.
She was livid.
We had peace and quiet in the house for about 3 weeks as she wouldn't speak to us nor eat with us!!!

That is SCARY!! Fortunately I don't live in a area where there are tropical storms, neither do I live near the sea.

Sitting in nature, with time to do nothing but enjoy the sun, the shadows, the birds, the peace.

Yes through meditation I have developed a relaxing technique that gets my mind and body more relaxed then I think I ever have been. Even before being sick. It’s a thing where as soon as I feel off I start planning how can I find that 1/2 hour or so to just unload everything…
