I Am Wondering What Some Of You Do For Cramping And Twitching Legs And Feet?

My diagnosis isn’t confirmed yet but my neurologist is leaning toward corticobasil degeneration which is one of the diseases under the Parkinsonism umbrella

If it is R.L.S., there is a medication that worked magic for me. Ask your Dr for help with Restless Legs Syndrome. Or at least to test you. I had an overnight sleep monitor. That was how they proved It was an issue for me. Best of luck to you. I hope you can get some relief from the maddening leg movements,

I agree with Donna as.well. i think massage would help, but you need.someone to do the massage at home.

I get up and use non eltric foot elipcal called cubii. I sit down and move my leg mussels as possible. Till its time to get meds
I also take magnisum the brand and amount make a diffrence.

They sell a pill at Walmart called “Hylands Leg Cramps”. It comes in a small red bottle. It’s cheap and effective,
