Everything I eat tastes nasty, what I would describe as "industrial/metallic". And then, there's also the issue of a burning tongue.

Kevin, I’ve had what I call phantom odors or tastes. Over time, I’ve smelled or tasted things that aren’t there. Often it’s a chemical smell or like food had gone bad. Now I really don’t smell or taste much, and I no longer attempt to season food I’m cooking.
