It depends on the cause. Drug Induced Parkinson's may not progress at all, or may be reversed if the drug is stopped. Vascular Parkinson's may not get worse if there are no more blockages. OTOH, Lewy's Bodies Dementia, PSP and MSA may progress fast, though some individuals survive longer.

It stays on Parkinsonism. When 'im' removed you have 2 identical words. Otherwise if you remove the S you have Parkinson's and Parkinson. 🤓
