Me too. I think it's cos I get rigidity not shakes. When I'm "Off", every muscle is permanently tense. That's got to be using up energy, hence, tired all the time.

It can be another symptom of Parkinsons. I was very fatigued in the
beginning, as they increased my levodopa it eventually got better. Other
symptoms of Parkinsons that can cause you to be fatigued are depression and
anxiety. Once my meds were adjusted for these and the Parkinson's meds I
can usually make it through a day without needing a nap.

You should talk to your neurologist about this, they will probably adjust
meds.
