Diagnosed in 2023 with PD. Having mostly cognitive issues. My short term memory has become a major problem for me. I also am having pain with my stomach, back, chest, sinus headaches and nausea which are all constant. I do not have acid reflux or any digestive issues per the numerous tests I have had done at the Cleveland Clinic and in town specialists

I see Dr. Richard Dewey, part of Dr . Stuart Isaacson's group... the whole group are movement disorder specialists (in Boca)
I drive from West Palm Beach, depending on traffic 30-45 minutes

Taking your meds with food may help. My husband will eat something bland like crackers or fruit with his pills. There are also anti-nausea meds that may help.
