It's not just age at onset that determines how quickly you progress. It's also things like how you react to meds, what other conditions you might have, the cause of your Parkinson's, whether or not you exercise regularly, etc. I've seen people here who had years in stage 1, and others who went from moderate PD to bedridden in a few months. Nobody can say how you will progress. All you can do is try to stay healthy and keep exercising as much as you can.
