My hands cramp during the day, at night my feet try to twist upside down. I have to walk to make it stop. I bump into everything. It seems nothing is in the "right" place.

Making sure you're taking your medications as prescribed is also important, as proper medication management can help reduce cramping and other symptoms. Some helpful strategies include:
- Regular hand exercises and stretching
- Taking breaks between activities to rest your hands
- Staying active with daily exercise (aim for at least 30 minutes)
- Listening to your body and resting when needed
- Managing stress and anxiety levels, as these can worsen cramping
Remember that while cramping can be frustrating, there are ways to manage it. Work with your healthcare provider to find the best combination of treatments and strategies for your specific situation.
