When my hands are relaxed my fingers are twisted one over the other. My feet my toes are twisted one over another. It is very uncomfortable. If you recognize the symptoms and have ideas on how to relieve the discomfort please let me know.

I forget I am getting older arthritis is really working on my hands
I get that often but chalked it up to arthritis. It's hard to separate them when they do that
Too much carbon don’t believe a double does that to my foot on left side of my body. It gets me dystonia. When I cut the dose down, I do much better. My neurologist told me I was mistaken, but I told him I know my own body. My first dose of carbon don’t believe Adobe is at 2:30 PM, then 6:30 PM then 10:30 PM. I only use a half a tablet at a time.
I find myself physically putting toes and fingers where they belong. It’s very painful sometimes
