No - it is a side effect of PD meds. Work with your doctor to change your dosages to avoid the constant lightheadedness. It is not you, it is not PD, it is not "old age" (a common excuse many Dr's use for refusing to diagnose us.) Are you taking meds for high blood pressure? Most PD meds have a side effect of lowering blood pressure. Add that to blood pressure meds, and it is too much. Get a home blood pressure kit & start making a record for your Dr of what your blood pressure is at various times. Especially include before getting up in the AM and times you are likely to experience lightheadedness. Another good baseline might be just before you take your BP meds or your PD meds. Don't settle for a life of unnecessary constant lightheadedness when it is so easy to fix!
