My sense of smell is almost gone. It used to be very acute. Now I can only smell cigarettes, one of my least favorite things, and really strong smells sometimes like gasoline. If I smell musty, no one has told me.

No I can't say I've had that experience Melissa. I don't suppose I'm likely to either since you live too far away. Even if it were a very strong smell I'm sure it would have disappeared by the time it reached the English coast !

I haven't noticed any change in my husband. He has been taking c/l for 5 years.

Even if no-one may detect a smell from someone on C/L - This does not mean it is the same scent on others taking C/L in combination with other medications. My body since taking C/L ER is musky almost acrid (according to my wife smell permeates into my clothing). Jock Spray, sports spray or baby powder mixed with baking soda strategically applied to the clean dry skin will partially mask (not eliminate) such odor. Ask your doctor or your wife before trying what I have been doing for myself. I am a Constitutional Doctor, and I did not stay at a Holiday In last night. I am not a medical physician.🤗.............................Q

Personally, I have not, Melissa..though I think I starting to develop some sort of allergic reaction to C/L…something to discuss with my Neurological team next appointment..
