We hurt all over because we're old
I do once in awhile. It’s because you can get out of aliment because of tight muscles.
I have a bad knee that caused so much pain I needed a wheelchair to get around. I didn't want a new knee because of the rehab afterwards. They installed a pain blocker in my leg and I no longer have any pain in that knee.
It’s better than having other more serious diseases like cancer. I lost my husband and other members of my family to different forms of cancer. That thought keeps me aware of how lucky I am at 81 to just have PD. Mind you my PD is quite manageable. I have PD, it doesn’t have me. Attitude means a lot!🙏
One of the responses says the pain obligatory came with the age, which I believe is true. But also true with Parkinson our pain threshold getting lower and the range of motion of the joints is narrowed.
Just tell which part of pain comes from which reason. :) Some says after 30 the pain is a sign of life.
Getting more serious, to lose weights is good for your knee, your hips, and your backbone. And the steching exercise like yoga helps reserving the motion range of your joints.
Take care not to overforce. With patient step by step in a few month could make miracle.
