I have had to endure periods of flatus with no reliable fix. I cut back on "fiber" but I can't reduce my fiber intake too much because then I am stuck (pun intended ) with constipation.

Haha! I learned a slightly different little ditty. Beans beans they're good for your heart, the more you eat the more you fart. The more you fart the better you feel, so let's eat beans for every meal!

I have had success with a drink with Chia seeds. Good source of fiber and promotes digestive motility.
