PaulDicks: Nutshell: NO TV. Read a good book for an hour before light's out. Take 2 Tylenol PM tablets, C/L as required. I sleep like a baby for 2-3 hours, bathroom break, another 2-3, etc. 9-10 usual total. Completely rested. Age 96.. .
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, you've come to the right place for people to chat with. To boot they're all around the world, so there's a good likelihood that there will be someone else around wanting to chat too.
I actually feel better when I have the opportunity to chat with someone. My handicapped husband can’t walk or hear so our social life is over, for now. At 85 many friends are gone and others have their own problems.
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member you are correct, conversation is the best excersize for your brain.
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member - You never know. My dad had PD and lived to 96. My husband has it and is 86, still going strong.
