I am freezing too and I think it's linked to my having started to take Lyrica after getting off Gabapentin because I did not have these episodes before I started taking Lyrica. I'm going to check with my doctor about switching back to Gabapentin. Freezing is scary!!

I do not have freezing but I used to watch a very dear friend (who just passed away) freeze as soon as he would stand up from his chair whether he was just getting up to answer a call or opening his door and at times after meals . His became very frequent after having DBS.
There are medications for it please check with your Neurologist.Good luck 🙏👍🏻
