Members connected deeply over the shared experience of never truly feeling well with Parkinson's, describing their days as a mix of okay, mediocre, and terrible rather than ever reaching genuinely good. Several members noted that factors like medications, diet, and weather all play unpredictable roles, with one member sharing that their neurologist struggles to regulate medications because every day is so different. A recurring theme was the comfort found in community, with many expressing that reading others' stories made them feel far less alone in facing this disease.

One thing that bothers me is that the neurologist spends 15 minutes Appointment with you. And that is usually every 6 months. Something seems real wrong about that. Just saying, Such a serious disease and you see the doctor for 15 minutes weird.

My husband says it's more like parts of days. It's all mixed up. A few hours good, a few hours not so good. Different every day.

I love your reply. Sometimes I think it's only me. But when I read you reply I thought we're all in this together. Thank you friend.

I am with you Kathleen. I never feel good either. My doctor told me that I am really difficult to help because every day is different. That being the case, he can't regulate my meds (Sinamet, Stalevo, & Neupro). So everyday I experiment with my dosages. I was also told that my brand of PD is not typical. Most people with PD are able to determine how much dopamine their body needs and that amount can remain at the same level for years! Please let me know if you get any useful responses. I would LOVE to have one all good day.

Same for me. It’s like a roller coaster.
