I have done both anal rectal biofeedback not for in continence but for a very weak sphincter and sensitive rectal muscle that made me feel that I had to get right back into the bathroom right after I had gone. Perhaps that might help. A physical therapist can give you pelvic floor exercises that can help with bladder issues that you can do without anyone even being aware that you are doing them. I hope this helps.
