I'm a 73 year old male. I get sweats usually about 3 to 4 hours into my sleep. I only wear my skivvies when I sleep and keep the room at 63F. I usually sleep without covers or sheets from my waist up. My middle of the night sweets seem to dissipate after an hour. AI answer is a bit presumptive...
