Just like everyone's symptoms can be different.... The meds have different affects for everyone....
I have tremor dominant Parkinson's. Take C/L 5 times a day. Extended release at night. My worst tremors are between 5pm/10 pm..... Why? Who knows.
Gave up trying to figure this disease out, just deal with the symptoms as they occur.
