He ended up being hospitalized which was a nightmare. His Neurologist feels he is too medication sensitive for it to benefit. He then tried a dopamine agonist with another bad side effect. I feel like we are just out her winging it.

Members responded with empathy and practical ideas to a caregiver whose husband with Parkinson's has struggled to tolerate medications, leaving them feeling like they are navigating the disease without much guidance. Several members shared alternative approaches that have helped, including LSVT therapy, Rock Steady Boxing, and stationary bike exercise, along with some exploring natural supplements like Mucuna Pruriens and high-dose B vitamins. A recurring theme was the complexity of Parkinson's management, with members stressing the importance of medical supervision, especially around supplements, while offering encouragement and solidarity to those facing similar challenges.

Just a thought for these gentlemen, try more natural remedies that can address many of the of PD various symptoms ... I utilize these, which have made a world of difference for me but of course you must do your own research before jumping in ... Mega doses of B1, B6, B12 and an herbal Mucuna Prurien ... I've attached a picture of an excellent resource book that I'm fairly confident will help, best of luck 🙏🙌

Exercise is really the only thing that keeps him going. He is currently doing LSVT therapy and Rock Steady Boxing along with stationary bike. He does take midodrine for orthostatic hypotension but truthfully I don’t feel that it helps

I have issues with b and d vitamins. I have lab work monthly at my dr appointment. Take b shots and d pills. It wears me out and puts me in bed when levels are low.b 6 converts to b 12 I can read books online articles but I can only understand so much. That is what scares me about health what I think irrelevant what my dr thinks very important. Parkinson’s is very complicated lots of moving parts. Mega doses of anything not medically supervised is scary
