Has it helped, is it expensive? Let me know if you had any problems with this drug. Thanks Bean
Hi Bean,
Check with your doctors office personnel and ask if they have a way to help pay for it. Also, contact the pharmaceutical company who manufacture it. I have a scholarship for my very expensive medication of which I don’t have to pay for the medication. It just cost so much money. These pharmaceutical companies have been very kind and generous to me.
Yes, I've used for a few years. It works immediately. I've never had side effects. Only downside is the process. Makes me cough.
Hi all I take it and it works. But if insurance didn’t cover it I certainly wouldn’t miss it
I have been on Inbrija since about June. It seems to help most times. I typically take 2 doses a day, but my DR said up to 5 is OK. It takes some work getting to be able to inhale it without coughing and gagging and it really tastes awful. But it is well worth it. I am fortunate to have great insurance because it is expensive stuff
Has anyone taken Inbrija for "off" times, and what has been their experience?
Inbrija is an inhaled form of levodopa that was FDA-approved in 2018 specifically to treat "off" episodes in Parkinson's disease. It's designed to work quickly when you're experiencing an "off" period.
