Is there anyone else that is exhausted mentally and physically just doing things? I take a shower and I’m exhausted. I make dinner ahead so I can put it in the oven for later and I’m completely exhausted. Anything I do takes the life right out of me. Wears me down. I’ve been like this for many weeks now. Anyone else??

Yes I get exhausted after I shower or fill bird feeders etc.. I get my planed chores together in my head then I start and go until done and when the fatigue sets in I get mad and usually I can push through but not always but I pat myself on my back for giving it a good shot then I set and watch tv or write on here or read the Bible until I can move again and pray for all my Parkinson friends!!!
