I researched the Beechband, and finally decided to get one, so I got two. They came 3 days ago, and after an initial charge, I started wearing one and just left it on until it ran out of battery power. I didn't notice anything at first, but I have active tremor, which only happens when my hands are in motion. Even if I just reach for something, my hands will tremor until I stop moving them. Yesterday I was replacing the bearings on a door rail. I had to drill some holes in the door and about halfway through it came to my attention that my hands weren't shaking. I just stared at them, but they weren't moving. Since then, I've tried a few different things and my hands do not shake, or shake very little when the band is on. I don't know how it works or why it works, but it seems to be working. I also feel more calm when it's on. At first, I thought it was the placebo effect, but I'm 74 and four years into my diagnosis, and I've tried other supposedly sure fire gimmicks which don't work at all. It's not a magic wand and it will not allow you to stop taking your meds, but in my case I'm getting some relief from it. I'm told it works better over time so I'll see how it is in a couple of weeks. For now, I'm quite happy with it.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member I’m going to use mine for awhile and if I see any benefits from it I’m going to get a smartwatch and download the app.
I had a bad spasm yesterday before I tried it. I wore it for an hour.
My si joints are extremely tight and I’m getting a lot of spasms.
I’m going to try it again tomorrow.
I will take any improvement at this point.
