My beechband came in the mail today.
I’m going to take it slowly.
I’ve worn it for an hour I’m going to wear it for another hour later tonight.
I wore mine for an hour the first day. Then I realized it's not something that your mind needs to get used to. It has a calming effect on me when on. I wear mine most of the day now, keeping one charged so I can just switch them. I really don't notice it anymore until it shuts off. I've been keeping track of what it does and doesn't do, will give it another week or two. So far it's helping noticeably in some aspects.
