My husband- Jeff is so fatigued that even standing to load the dishwasher zaps his energy for the day. He then has to go lay down, rest/nap before he can do anything else.

He could be over or under medicated. Talk to his doctor.

I can relate . Sometimes my projects for the day list in my head com to a screeching halt after the first one.. often I need to go back to bed for awhile to rest. Not sure why, but best of day is usually after lunch. Everyone is different.

Thank you for this. I feel like he gives up more than he fights for it. But I am also not in his body and am at work so I don’t really know. I have to remind myself to give him grace and allow him to figure that out on his own and trust that he is doing his best.
