does this help for PD constipation? Your experiences with WHAT?
I have had PD for going on thirty years. I have no idea what stage I'm in. I have hit parts of all of them.I take Mirelax every 3-5 days a week. I also eat apples and applesauce, oranges, blueberries, and especially prunes daily, which are great ways to keep going!
Hi Donna462,
I have bee taking 2 1/2 - 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil for about 2 years now and it has really helped with constipation, it also helped my mind. I feel like I can think better, and I feel like I can focus when some one is telling me something I need to remember. They say the better the Olive Oil the better the benefits. I get good results taking and inexperience brand. I use Walmart's brand great value light tasting olive oil. and I take it right after I eat supper. It also seems to calm my body down, so I can relax in the evening. Hope it helps you if you try it.
