Hi Cindy, welcome to the site.
I'm still going through diagnosis, I know the disease due to my mother.
You need to relax, get yourself on an active happy schedule.
I assume you already have a neurologist, find a good movement specialist and start keeping a log of how you feel, meds, any changes, etc. Share your notes with both.
They can help you find what you need to be as active and comfortable as possible.
Above all, keep moving.
