Michael you never cease to amaze me with your knowledge. Your research helps us all. I knew avocados were good for us, but I didn’t know all of the many benefits. I love them any kind of way. My husband won’t eat them because he says they have no taste. “WHAT”? I just tell him “GOODY” that’s more for me. :-)
