I take CreXon. 4x daily. It works wonderfully!
I upped my dosage to 6.;:
My husband has tried most of the PD drugs besides carbidopa-levodopa. Jim's issue isn't tremors but gait. He gets slower and slower and nothing seems to help. He saw his neurologist yesterday and her solution to the fact that his pills are less effective was to add 2 more pills of c/l. He will be taking 10x 100 mg. He can't take the higher dose pills (250 mg) because they make him throw up. She said that Crexont works really well but isn't covered by most insurance. In her opinion, Rytary wasn't as effective. She said that if the higher dose of c/l doesn't help, we might try Nouriance (sp??).
I'm in AZ. With Medicare, drug prices are low.
My neurologist retired and I am waiting for a appointment with the new neurologist. I will ask her about your recommendation. We are in Canada so the medications are free. Where are you located? Thank you for your reply. Best Regards Candace
