Oddly enough, wellbutrin lists appetite improvement as an issue it helps ... I gave in and tried it for my severe fatigue, which has made significantly improvement in that concern ... anyways, if you're up to trying just about anything or aren't opposed to medication, you may want to discuss that with your neurologist or primary doctor!!! And it's an anti-depressant/anxiety, which may help other things!!
Blessings to you!!!

It's great that Sinemet is working well for you so far! Appetite challenges are common with Parkinson's, but there are some practical ways to help.
Here are some tips that may help boost appetite and nutrition:
- Eat smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day rather than three large ones
- Choose nutrient-dense foods like eggs, nuts, beans, fish, and whole grains to get more nutrition in smaller portions
- Try a Mediterranean-style diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, and healthy fats — it's also linked to slower Parkinson's progression
- Add protein-rich snacks between meals to keep energy up
- Make meals enjoyable — eat with others when possible, as social eating can naturally stimulate appetite One thing worth knowing: Sinemet (levodopa) can sometimes work better when taken separately from high-protein meals, as protein can interfere with how well it's absorbed. A registered dietitian can help you plan meals around your medication schedule.
If appetite loss feels significant or is affecting your weight, it's worth mentioning to your doctor. They can help rule out any medication-related causes and offer personalized guidance.
