Does anyone else experience an increase in your heart rate when your meds ware off? It doesn’t happen all the time but sometimes as my meds ware off my heart rate goes up. I’ve had an ultrasound done on my heart twice and I’ve warn a heart monitor twice. Nothing seems to be wrong with my heart. Has anyone noticed any changes in your heart rate or rhythm since developing Parkinson’s?

Yes.,I take two heart rhythm meds to prevent tachycardia. Parkinson’s affects the autonomic nervous system so the heart rate and rhythm can be affected as well as the blood pressure. I get big drops. 🩷 to you.

Michael848,
I’m doing good. I’ve started taking Crexont. I don’t have the high heart rate problem as often. Hopefully that continues. Thank you for checking on me.
