Agreed. If he won't listen to your concerns, talk to his doctors and ask them to help convince him that it is time to hand over the keys. If he injures someone in an accident he can be sued since he knew there was a problem and ignored it. Or insurance may refuse to pay.
I failed to mention that he also has severe neuropathy due to Diabetes , has had falls as result of the Parkinson’s and two bad car accidents. Yes, the disease is different for everyone but there does come a time when you have to address the problem.
Hi Linda, No Thank God,but be very careful now alot of people give up driving when they find out they have parkinson but Linda everyone is different I haven't Heard of anyone having car accidents on this site and hopefully we won't all the best!!

My husband totaled the car around the time he was diagnosed. Maybe a little before. He quit driving 2-3 years later.
