I downloaded the Whispp app and set it up; it’s incredible! We are blessed to have such technology available.
I had serious voice problems very early after my diagnosis. I was a superintendent of schools and my voice was a critical tool of leadership. I used sound field amplifiers in meetings and eventually needed to use text-to-speech to function in meetings and even at home. I was fortunate to have an outstanding team of technology experts who set it all up for me. Now, with an app like this one, we can all have access to such powerful technology.
When I lost my ability to easily and freely communicate, I lost part of myself. Until I acclimated to new methods of communicating, and my staff, students and community acclimated to new ways of understanding me, I lost confidence in my ability to lead and serve. Technology helped me get it back.
This technology you shared in your post can help us manage PD’s stealing of our ability to vocalize and NOT allow it to steal our voice!
Thanks for this!
PS. We count out loud. For everything

I don't know what app. But the program is called big and loud.
