What is your question?

Yes, exercise is good for you and has been proven to slow progression. What kind of exercise depends on your interests and abilities. Walking, biking, swimming, pickle ball, dance, etc. are options. A combination of aerobic and strength training is best. If you have a Rock Steady Boxing group in your area, I recommend trying that. My husband loves it.
