I have found two large partial solutions.
1. Tai Chi, great DVD available on Amazon - TAI CHI For Older Adults, by Dr Paul Lam
2. I took Physical Therapy for Parkinson's BIG, on Amazon there is a 2 DVD set
LSVT BIG Homework helper an after treatment motivation to help keep moving well for years.
They both keep me younger day by day as daily exercises.
I'm 74 with the same issues I have found chair Ti Chi and chair Yoga to be very helpful and feels good.
I say chair cause I have trouble standing & walking.
I have decide to walk every. I ll let you know how it goes😅
Power for Parkinson's on You Tube has all kind of exercises. Some are for tough exercising and many are for easy movement. I bet you could find something that could get you started. Good luck and let me know if you.find something. I wish you.the best.
So sorry Deborah to hear of your difficulties. I am blessed as I can still enjoy Rock steady boxing and take occupational therapy for balance issues. I know some of my Parkinson friends take chair yoga which they enjoy and are able to do without much pain. I wish you well and will and prayers.
